Jasmine Bilali, certified Holistic Life & Wellness Coach will lead this weekly meditation series. The benefits to meditation are many. According to the Mayo Clinic “Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health.” The schedule for each session will be as follows:
I. Introduction to Meditation – How it works & benefits
II. Deep Breathing Practice – To quiet the mind & calm the body
III. Group Guided Seated Meditation
IV. Personal Barriers – Check-in/Q&A
V. Short Reflection – Take-away quote or idea to ponder
