We’re always working on ways to get the residents of Hackensack, whether they just moved here or if they’ve been here for decades, to explore and experience all the wonderful businesses on Main Street.

We’ve partnered with our award-winning Johnson Public Library to launch “Games on Main” a monthly game night series designed to bring together the Hackensack community in a fun and engaging way. Starting this April, every first Tuesday of the month until October, residents and visitors will have the unique opportunity to enjoy a variety of game nights hosted at different restaurants and cafes on Main Street.

“Games on Main” is more than just a game night; it’s a community-building initiative that encourages people to explore the diverse and exciting venues that Main Street offers. Each month, participants will experience the unique atmosphere and hospitality of Main Street’s finest establishments, while enjoying their favorite board games.

This collaboration not only benefits the residents of Hackensack but also highlights the richness of our Main Street. We are so excited to see community members come together, explore new locations, and create lasting memories.

“Games on Main” is designed to appeal to game enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels, featuring a wide range of games from classic board games to modern favorites. Each event promises a fun-filled evening of entertainment, community connection, and local exploration.

Participation is free, but registration is encouraged and all are welcome to join in the fun and discover the best of Main Street, Hackensack.
