Hey there! I’m Jay, the proud owner of Juice Cafe Organic Market. Starting this business hasn’t been a walk in the park, so believe me, I get it when someone comes in looking like they need a breather.

That’s what the Juice Café Organic Market is all about – a moment of refreshment and rejuvenation. Our buddy, Jason from Some’s Uniforms, is a testament to that; he pops in daily for his wheatgrass fix. And he’s just one among our growing “family” of regulars who swear by our products and warm service.

My love for health and fitness isn’t new. From my days growing up in the Bronx in the 80’s to thousands of hours spent at the gym and my accomplishment of multiple bodybuilding awards, I’ve always considered my body a temple. I’m super careful about what goes into it, and I believe you should be too.

That’s why our concoctions – be it juices, smoothies, or protein shakes – are crafted from the best organic fruits and veggies. I’m hands-on too; at the break of dawn, I’m there ensuring the freshest ingredients make it to our shelves. We’re all about making sure you have a stellar time, from when you step in till you bid us goodbye.

A bit more about me? I’ve had quite the journey! Before the juice life chose me, I was on the road driving trucks for Stericycle, handling medical waste for over 3 years. Later, I took to the skies, albeit grounded, working as an Operations Specialist for Airport Ramp Operations for Atlantic at Teterboro Airport, ensuring planes were always good to go. Even earlier in my journey, I led teams over at FedEx. Life’s been quite the ride, and I’m truly grateful for every bit of it.
