Meet the Merchant:  “I’ve been working in insurance for more than 12 years, the last 1 ½ here on Main Street. I was born in South Korea and came here in 1971. I went to high school in Manhattan. The best thing about Hackensack is that I get to meet a lot of different people, interesting people. The population here is so vibrant and diverse. Sometimes people need translation help—we can serve people in English, Korean, and Spanish. The improvements to the town just in the time we’ve been here have been very noticeable. They’re fixing the signs, they’re repairing the streets. It’s a growth area, there’s a lot of potential. I’m very optimistic about Hackensack.” – Paul Ho Kim
