Ross, Esq. is the Managing Member of the firm, Ross & Ross Attorneys at Law, L.L.C., an attorney for over 25 years and admitted to the bar in both New Jersey and New York.  His practice is concentrated in commercial & residential real estate transactions, wills, estates & probate matters as well as real estate and estate litigation. Other matters include construction disputes, landlord-tenant matters, the purchase and sale of businesses, entity formation, corporate governance, contract drafting, and real estate leasing.
