Laura Kirsch

Ms. Kirsch is the managing partner of Kirsch & Kirsch LLP, a small law firm representing business, non-profit and individual clients in corporate, commercial and partnership matters and related litigation.

Ms. Kirsch, who is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, specializes in commercial and residential real estate, and trust and estates matters. She has also served as the attorney for the Hackensack Zoning Board of Adjustment.

In addition to serving on the MSBA Board, Ms. Kirsch currently serves as a Trustee and the Treasurer of the Johnson Public Library in Hackensack, and chairs the Building and Grounds Committee, responsible for the maintenance, repair and renovation of the library’s historic building. She also serves as a Trustee of the Hudson-Bergen Inn of Transactional Counsel, which provides continuing legal education to its members who engage primarily in transactional law.

Ms. Kirsch received a B.A. with high honors from Rutgers University, was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and award the Zabriskie Prize for excellence in History. She also received a J.D. degree from the Rutgers School of Law-Newark, where she served as Managing Editor of the Rutgers Law Review.
