Mr. Howington is an advocate and facilitator for real estate development in New Jersey. He has worked directly with major and local banks and developers over the course of 10 years along the East Coast and the NY Metropolitan area within this capacity. Working with developers, principals, lobbyists, and local and state government agencies is the cornerstone of his business. 

Currently, he is working with multiple developers within the special improvement district on Main St in Hackensack.

Outside of the current and upcoming projects, Mr. Howington’s previous clients have included Beacon Planning and Consulting Services, Wells Fargo Bank, Partner’s Engineering and Consulting, PNC Bank, Magyar Bank, Investor’s Bank, Enburg Group of Companies USA, Accurate Builders, and multiple other private clients throughout New Jersey.
